The package includes wildfire-resistant strategies, exterior design options, and a seismic-resilient structural approach coordinated as part of the pre-approved plan package.

The pre-approved design provides a defined permitting framework, but each home can still have its own character. Homeowners may customize finishes, colors, materials, interior details, and certain minor design elements while maintaining the approved design intent.
