34 mixed-use mid-rise buildings in 3 phases; each including parking and retail spaces. With an open, design-inspired lifestyle destination, and residential buildings set amongst tree-lined avenues and a collection of contemporary street art murals. All enjoy spectacular views of Dubai’s stunning skyline and Burj Khalifa (the world’s tallest building). The project transformed the area into an urban living concept and received a MEED quality award in 2016.
